1. Employee numbers

The average number of employees during the year was 2 (2024: 1 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

At the 30 September 2025, Mr D Tidnam owed the company £20,060 (2024: £20,387). Interest is charged at a commercial rate and the loan is repayable on demand.

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;
