1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Cillrua Care Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Improvements to property - 10% on cost
Fixtures and fittings - 10% on cost

Going concern
The accounts have been drawn up on a going concern basis. The company is bringing the property, from which it operates, up to a standard to enable it to fulfill its business objectives as a children's care home. The company has not received any income since incorporation and is reliant on loans from group companies. Going concern is contingent upon the support of group companies and their ability to continue to do so.

The average number of employees during the year was 1 (2024 - NIL ) .

The improvements to property are in relation to renovation of a property, owned by another group company, for use as a children's home. The children's home will be completed during the next fiscal year. Once the home comes into operation, the improvements will be depreciated, as will the fixtures and fittings which relate to this.

8. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

As part of a group reconstruction during the year ended 31st March 2024, Cillrua Care Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mc Kenna Property Limited.

G McKenna and M McHale are directors of the parent company and all subsidiary companies.

The freehold property, which is being renovated by the company for use as a children's home, is held by Ty Gwyn Enderby Ltd, a group company. Rent of £107,500 was charged by Ty Gwyn Enderby Ltd for the use of the property.

9. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY
