Company activities and impact

The company runs a series of nfp events and projects for the community: Malton Sculpture trail (rebranding as Malton & Norton Art Trail) providing free unfettered access to visual arts in the community ans supporting artists to reach their full potential. Ryedale Gateway project - an annual program of events to boost the communities access to the arts and associated wellbeing benefits as well as boosting footfail within the towns and increasing sales within the local economy. each event increases footfall by an average of 10%. Malton st Clements festival was delivered giving the community free to access music performances and art exhibitions as well as workshops and craft demonstrations.

Consultation with stakeholders

All our activities involve communicating and developing projects with our stakeholders; primarily the residents of Malton and Norton. we run quarterly engagement "round table events" where questions, ideas and suggestions can be discussed and sub committees and steering groups can be convened in order to best plan events/projects to the benefit of all. The company also liaises with a number of independant businesses in the area and the town councils (Malton &Norton) as well as the North yorkshire Mayor David Skaith and the York and north yorkshire combined authority who also supports our current main focus - the ryedale gateway project.
