The director presents his report and the financial statements for the period from 30 August 2024 to 30 September 2025.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Incorporation

The company was incorporated and commenced trading on 30 August 2024.

Going concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing the appropriateness of this basis of preparation, the director has considered the company’s current financial position and its expected future cash flows.

The company is reliant upon the continued financial support of the director and investors. The director and investors have confirmed their intention to provide ongoing financial support to the company and has undertaken not to demand repayment of amounts due to them and to provide such additional financial assistance as may be required to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due.

On the basis of this continued support, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.

Small companies provision statement

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
