1 Statutory information
T & B Property Maintenance Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 07725021. The registered office is 1b Hillside, Burrow, Newton Poppleford, Sidmouth, EX10 0BR, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the balance sheet date, the company had advanced a loan to the Director. The balance outstanding at 31 August 2025 was £1,798 (2024: £1,262). The loan is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. During the year, the maximum amount outstanding was £2,745
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2024: 0).
For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
