| The director has made an assessment about the company's ability to continue as a going concern and they do not consider there to be any material uncertainties. Although the balance sheet currently reflects a negative asset position, the director is confident that the company will meet all liabilities as they fall due. As a result, the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted. |
