Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £85,012 (2025 - £85,012). The investment is secured by a mortgage in favour of Fleet Mortgages Limited. There are long term commitments and guarantees given by the company to Fleet Mortgages Limited. There were no contingencies.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:
