The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 13 (previous period: 14).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made loans to Mr J R Hull, which were non-interest-bearing and repayable on demand. The maximum loan during the year, and the amount outstanding at the year end, was £183. The loans were fully repaid by 20 March 2026.
