The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made advances totalling £3,000 to the sole director (in three separate amounts of £1,000 between October 2024 and January 2025). The advances were unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. The maximum amount outstanding to the director at any one time during the year was £1,231. All advances were repaid in full prior to the year-end. At 31 August 2025, the directors' loan account stood at £995 owing by the company to the director (2024: £1,365).
