The company was incorporated on 13th October 2023,  and these financial statements represent the first accounting period, covering the period from incorporation to 31st October 2024.

3. Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the company’s financial position and have considered the forecast cash flows and available resources.
Although the company has net liabilities, the directors have confirmed that they will provide financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
