The Very Inclusive Play Club provides structured groups for 0-6 years with additional support needs and their parents. The group supports a wide range of developmental support with specific strategies and activities. We offer guidance and advice to empower the parents with knowledge and understanding of how to support their child's development. Our sessions can vary from sensory groups, sensory stories, music sessions, numeracy skills to meet the needs of the children and parents in each group. We offer opportunities for the whole family to have positive plan experiences and to meet other families with children with additional support needs, providing them with a support network through our monthly Soup Sunday sessions. We provide an opportunity for the families to connect and access nature with our monthly Forests for all sessions. We also provide monthly bike lessons for all of the VIP parents to ensure they get support and guidance on how to support and develop their child’s cycling skills. The Very Inclusive Play Club is pleased to acknowledge funding received in the year from (in no specific order); The Cordis trust, Schuh, Peoples Postcode Lottery, Inchyre Trust, True Colours, Baillie Gifford, TBM SCIO, Rooney Foundation and J K Young.
When families attend the Very Inclusive Play Club they automatically become members at no additional cost. Regular evaluation forms are completed by the families to ensure they have input into the service to ensure the service is meeting their individual child's needs.
The aggregate amount of emoluments paid to or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £24.800. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
