In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Ahd Trading Ltd for the period from 01 September 2024 to 31 August 2025 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
This report has been prepared for the director of Ahd Trading Ltd under the terms of our engagement. The purpose of our work is to compile the financial statements for the director's approval, to confirm that we have completed this work, and to communicate those matters that we have been asked to include in this report. We accept no responsibility, to the maximum extent that the law allows, to any party other than Ahd Trading Ltd and its director in connection with our work or this report.
As confirmed on the balance sheet as at 31 August 2025, you are responsible for ensuring that Ahd Trading Ltd maintains proper accounting records and for the preparation of financial statements that present a true and fair view in accordance with the Companies Act 2006. It is your assessment that the company qualifies for exemption from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
No instructions have been given to us to perform an audit of the financial statements of Ahd Trading Ltd. Accordingly, we have not sought to verify the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or the information and explanations provided to us, and we therefore offer no opinion on the financial statements.

During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2024: 0).
For the period ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime.The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
