3	Related party transactions

The company provided the directors with current accounts where items of personal expenditure paid for by the company were charged. The amounts were repaid by the award of bonuses and dividends to the directors. At the end of the year the company was owed monies from the directors. All the advances were interest free, repayable on demand and were unsecured. The advances were repaid within 9 months of the end of the year.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
