| During the year ended 31 January 2026 £10,939 (2025: £22,508) was loaned to Robbie Wilson and £nil (2025: £nil) was loaned to Rowena Wilson, the directors of the Company. Interest has been charged on this loan at 3.75% and the balance is repayable on demand. At 31 January 2026, £88,950 remained outstanding (2025: £78,011). |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |

| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
