To Improve the Physical & Mental Health and Wellbeing of the community We are working with many community user groups in the area to deliver activities in our community centre based in Birmingham. The activities range from sessions such as boxing, cultural dance & songs, religious education, exercise classes, football groups, cycling groups, womens groups, yoga classes and tuition classes. The CIC will be the catalyst that will empower, support and bring different groups and activities together in the local area. Our aim is for the community to live more fulfilled and enriched lives through various activities to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing. Organise or support activities that promote community cohesion and social integration
