2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the micro‑entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. Income represents service charge contributions from directors for the upkeep of communal areas. Expenditure includes gardening, communal lighting, Companies House fees, penalties, and professional fees.
The company exists solely to manage and maintain the communal grounds and shared facilities of the properties owned by the directors.
