The above loan is unsecured and repayable on demand. Director paid an interest of £281 on overdrawn balance at HMRC's official interest rate of 3.75%. The loan has been repaid on 27 April 2026.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
