Greywood Investments Ltd is owned by AJW Property Investments where Andrew Wood is the sole Director. During the year, UPS Investments Ltd provided loans to ACE Adaptations Ltd, the balance at the year end was £628,858 (2024: £416,858). Andrew Wood, Director is also the Director and sole Shareholder in ACE Adaptations Ltd. During the year, UPS Investments Ltd provided loans to French Lane Barns Ltd, the balance at the year end was £35,904 (2024: £48,500). Andrew Wood Director is also a Director in French Lane Barns Ltd. During the year, UPS Investments Ltd provided loans to UPS Building & Maintenance Ltd, the balance at the year end was £168,119 (2024: £133,333, UPS Investments Ltd received loans from UPS Building & Maintenance). Andrew Wood, Director is also the Director in UPS Building & Maintenance Ltd. UPS Investments Ltd is the Shareholder of UPS Building & Maintenance Ltd. Amounts due to related parties: During the year, UPS Investments Ltd received loans from Adaptation Supplies Ltd, the balance at the year end was £720 (2024: £720). Adaptation Supplies Ltd is owned by ACE Adaptations Ltd where Andrew Wood is sole Director and Shareholder.
