| The company has provided a guarantee to Barclays Bank Plc in respect of a loan to the director. The balance outstanding on the loan at 30 November 2025, representing a contingent liability in these accounts was £98,050 (2024: £98,050). The company has also provided security in the form of a debenture over it's assets in respect of the loan. Following the year end, the company entered into new banking arrangements with a different lender. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
