Company activities and impact

Himalaya Housing CIC is playing a vital role providing renting the quality and appropriate accommodation to supported living, etc who look after people with mental and varies needs. During the financial year 2024-2025, the business activities have benefited the community in the following ways: All these people will benefit by > Provide and maintaining the affordable and quality homes. > Running services for local people, such as training, advice, youth schemes and community hub. > Investing in regenerating poor-quality homes and creating a happy thriving place. > Working closely with partners like local authorities and vulnerable people care > promotion of more equal, respectful relationships between people with experience of mental health issues; their families, friends, and supporters; and practitioners in health, social care and community organisations, recognising that recovery is an ongoing healing journey of discovery for all involved, and > provision of information and opportunities for learning about Recovery and wellbeing and maintaining the tenancy.
