Company Activities and Impact SLAM Basketball CIC delivered a wide range of basketball and youth development programmes for young people aged U12–U19 during the financial year. Activities included weekly training sessions, competitive fixtures at local, regional and national levels, and participation in events such as the Dynamik National Schools Finals and the National 3x3 Ball Out Championships. The company provided clear development pathways, enabling players to progress through age groups and access talent programmes including England Talent Pathway, Aspire and All-Star selections. Beyond sport, participants developed teamwork, leadership, confidence and resilience. The organisation also supported families through affordable membership options, discounts and flexible payment plans, while engaging volunteers to strengthen grassroots community involvement. Overall, the activities contributed positively to youth development, community engagement and increased participation in healthy activities. Consultation with Stakeholders SLAM Basketball CIC regularly consults with stakeholders including players, parents, coaches, schools, community members and governing bodies. Feedback is gathered through training sessions, meetings, WhatsApp groups, social media and coordination with partner organisations. Based on this input, the company has adjusted training schedules, improved communication channels, introduced flexible payment options and strengthened player development pathways, including increased access to competitions and structured training improvements.
