2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is provided on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful economic life of the assets, at a rate of 25% per annum (4 years).
