At the balance sheet date, the company had outstanding commitments under a non-cancellable motor vehicle lease relating to a Tesla. The lease commenced on 26 July 2022 and is due to end on 26 July 2026, with monthly payments of £591.76 (excluding VAT). As at the year end, 6 instalments remain, resulting in total future lease commitments of £3,467, all of which fall due within one year.

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
