Transactions with related parties
During the year the Company provided management services to it's subsidiary, Industrial Electronic Wiring Limited to the value of £127,000 (2025: £81,275). At the year end Parkhouse Estates Holdings Limited owed Industrial Electronic Wiring Limited owed Parkhouse Estates Holdings Limited £801,049 (2025: £810,140).
