Sphere Support CIC has benefited the community by providing safe, inclusive, and supportive opportunities for children, young people, and families who may otherwise face barriers to accessing positive activities and services. Through after-school programmes, holiday provision, mentoring, community events, and wellbeing initiatives, the organisation has helped reduce social isolation, improve wellbeing, and strengthen community connections across the areas it serves. Our programmes have provided hundreds of children and young people with access to structured activities, healthy meals, trusted relationships, and safe spaces during evenings and school holidays times when many are most vulnerable to exploitation, anti-social behaviour, and disengagement. By offering sports, creative activities, mentoring, and life skills support, Sphere Support CIC has helped young people build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and aspiration. The organisation has also supported families through wider wraparound services, including food provision, debt advice signposting, health awareness sessions, and referrals to specialist support organisations. This has helped residents access practical support around financial wellbeing, health, and family needs in a trusted and accessible environment. Sphere Support CIC works closely with schools, community organisations, and local partners to identify and support vulnerable individuals early, helping to reduce inequalities and improve outcomes for underrepresented groups. Feedback from participants and families consistently highlights improved wellbeing, increased community engagement, and stronger feelings of belonging and support. Overall, Sphere Support CIC has become a valued community organisation that not only delivers activities but also creates opportunities, builds trust, and supports long-term positive change within the community.
