2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Note 1: Basis of Preparation and Cessation of Trade

These financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than
that of a going concern. The company ceased all trading activities on
[01/06/2025] and has remained dormant since that time.

The directors have resolved to voluntarily dissolve the company as
there are no future income streams and all previous liabilities and
debt agreements have been fully settled and absolved. Assets are
valued at their net realisable value (nil), and no further liabilities
are expected to arise.
