1 Statutory information
Locum Jane Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15059248. The registered office is 14 Middleton, Cowling, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD22 0DQ, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the balance sheet date, the director had an overdrawn loan account balance of £3,989 (2025: £nil). The loan is unsecured, interest-free and has no fixed repayment terms. No amounts were written off or waived during the year. No guarantees were entered into by the company on behalf of the director during the year (2024: none).

For the period ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
