During the financial year, the company operated on a limited non-trading basis and did not generate any income. The company delivered a small number of voluntary “Empower Hour” community sessions focused on empowerment, confidence-building, digital inclusion, and community support. These sessions provided participants with opportunities for discussion, encouragement, and informal learning. The company also engaged with community members through surveys, meetings, and discussions to better understand barriers relating to employment, confidence, digital skills, and access to technology. Feedback gathered was used to help shape proposed future community programmes and support activities. In addition, the company explored opportunities for collaboration with other organisations and investigated potential funding opportunities, including National Lottery funding, to support the future delivery of community-focused digital skills and empowerment initiatives.
