Principal activities of the company

To promote and advance mental health and wellbeing for people of all ages and backgrounds, with particular emphasis on those experiencing disadvantage, social isolation or poor mental health. To relieve financial pressure among individuals and families by providing access to mental health support, peer support and referrals to specialist services where appropriate. To advance education and awareness about mental health, emotional resilience, and practical wellbeing among communities, carers, professionals and organisations. Undertaking services such a gardening and decorating in order to raise funds for the company.

Company activities and impact

Open Doors Open Minds supports individuals in mental health crisis through one to one and group support as well as raising awareness and creating peer support communities online for anyone suffering poor mental health to join. 17 people received one to one or group support in the year ending August 2025 and thousands were reached online via live social media broadcasts and social media groups. Those accessing support were unable to access traditional mental health support and without the support of this organisation they would not have had help and were at high risk of their situation deteriorating further.
