The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Merry Go Round Touring Row Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (“FRS 102”) and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The disclosure requirements of section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

Going concern

It is the intention of the directors to liquidate the business within the next 12 months.

The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern which includes, where appropriate, writing down the company's assets to net realisable value. The financial statements do not include any provision for the future costs of terminating the business of the company.

Taxation

Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

Cash and cash equivalents

Cash and cash equivalents include cash in hand and deposits held at call with banks.

Foreign exchange

Transactions in currencies other than pounds sterling are recorded at the rates of exchange prevailing at the dates of the transactions. At each reporting end date, monetary assets and liabilities that are denominated in foreign currencies are retranslated at the rates prevailing on the reporting end date. Gains and losses arising on translation in the period are included in profit or loss.

7.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Merry Go Round Inc "MGR" was a company which has now been liquidated that was controlled by the estate of the former director A McVie. During the year, the company incurred expenses of £11,720 (2024:£3,398) on behalf of MGR. At the year end, the company was owed £Nil (2024: £461,638) by MGR.

A balance of £461,638 owed to Merry Go Round Touring ROW Limited has been written off due to the liquidation of MGR.

Merry Go Round Music Limited "MGRM" is a company that is controlled by the estate of the former director A McVie. At the year end, the company was owed £27,769 (2024: £27,769) by MGRM.

Merry Go Round ROW Merchandising Limited "MGRROWM" is a company that is controlled by the estate of the former director A McVie. At the year end, the company owed £12,857 (2024: £12,857) by MGRROWM.

Merry Go Round USA/ Canada Merchandising, Inc "MGRUSA" was a company which has now been liquidated that was controlled by the estate of the former director A McVie. During the year, the company incurred expenses of £50,069 (2024: £292) on behalf of the company. At the year end, the

company owed £Nil (2024: £6,676) to MGRUSA.

A balance of £6,676 owed by Merry Go Round Touring ROW Limited has been written off due to the liquidation of MGRUSA.

Merry Go Round Recording, Inc "MGRRINC" was a company which has now been liquidated that was controlled by the estate of the former director A McVie. During the year, the company incurred expenses of £2,450 (2024: £Nil) At the year end, the company was owed £Nil (2024: £1,999) by MGRRINC.

A balance of £1,999 owed to Merry Go Round Touring ROW Limited has been written off due to the liquidation of MGRRINC.
