For the year ending 31 August 2025, Reaching All People Trust CIC continued delivering community-focused work aimed at supporting young people and communities affected by violence, exclusion, and social disadvantage. During this financial period, the organisation utilised Community Connections Fund support received from Lambeth Council to further develop and strengthen its restorative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive programme activities. The company’s activities benefited the community in the following ways: Supported the development of mentoring, restorative justice, and personal development initiatives for young people at risk of violence and social exclusion Strengthened engagement with local communities, statutory partners, schools, and grassroots organisations to improve collaborative responses to youth harm and vulnerability Promoted culturally competent and trauma-informed approaches to violence reduction, emotional wellbeing, and community safety Created opportunities for young people to engage in positive discussions around leadership, identity, accountability, emotional resilience, and future aspirations Supported programme planning, outreach, and community engagement activities designed to increase inclusion, trust, and long-term participation Continued developing sustainable community-led approaches focused on prevention, rehabilitation, and restorative practice Ensured funding received during the year was fully utilised in support of programme-related activity and organisational development for community benefit The organisation remained committed to strengthening community capacity, supporting vulnerable young people, and promoting long-term social impact through restorative and preventative approaches to harm reduction.
During the financial year ending 31 August 2025, Reaching All People Trust CIC continued engaging with a range of stakeholders to ensure its activities remained community-led, culturally responsive, and aligned with local need. Stakeholders consulted included: Young people affected by violence, exclusion, and social disadvantage Parents, carers, and local residents Schools, PRUs, and youth practitioners Statutory and community safety partners Grassroots organisations, mentors, and faith/community leaders Consultation took place through community engagement activity, partnership discussions, informal meetings, programme planning sessions, and ongoing dialogue with local stakeholders. Feedback from stakeholders highlighted continued demand for: Trauma-informed mentoring and restorative interventions Culturally relevant support for vulnerable young people Personal development and emotional wellbeing support Leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship opportunities Creative engagement approaches using music, discussion, and lived experience In response to stakeholder feedback, the organisation continued developing restorative and community-based approaches focused on prevention, emotional resilience, accountability, and positive engagement for young people at risk of violence and exclusion. The company also strengthened relationships with community organisations and local partners to support future collaborative delivery, safeguarding, outreach, and long-term sustainability. Equality, diversity, and inclusion remained central to all consultation activity, ensuring that community voices and lived experience continued informing organisational planning and programme development.
