3	Related party transactions

During the year, the company made advances to the director, Christopher Porter, amounting to £15,514 (2024: £25,263) at an interest rate of 2.25%. No fixed date has been set for the amount to be repaid to the company. The company received repayments of £44,539 (2024: £13,912) during the year. The total loan balance outstanding at the year end was £6,020 (2024: £35,045).

4. Basis of Preparation
The company ceased trading prior to the year end. The director does not intend that the company will recommence trading and intends to apply for voluntary strike‑off following the required notice period.
Accordingly, the accounts have been prepared on a basis other than going concern.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
