Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The presentation currency is £ sterling.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 8 (2024 - 10).

3	Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies

Amounts not provided for in the balance sheet

The total amount of financial commitments not included in the balance sheet is £190,744 (2024 - £79,768). The financial commitments relate to operating lease payments due with £22,411 (2024: £27,357) due within one year and £168,333 (2024: £52,411) due over one year.

The total amount of guarantees not included in the balance sheet is £2,411 (2024 - £10,268). The Directors have provided guarantees related to the lease equipment commitments.

Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet

Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £48,953 (2024 - £59,436). At the Balance Sheet date, Creditors includes a Bank Loan which is secured of £27,778 (2024: £33,333) and has been guaranteed 100% by the government.

Creditors also includes a further Bank Loan taken out which is secured of £21,175 (2024: 26,103).

For the financial year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
