1. General Information

Social Drip Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 13429538 . The registered office is 167 Heath Road, Hounslow, London, TW3 2NR.

The directors have resolved to cease trading and place the company into liquidation. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis.

The company ceased trading on 30 April 2026 and the directors intend to apply for voluntary strike-off.

2. Average Number of Employees

Average number of employees, including directors, during the period was: 1 (2025: 2)

For the period ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
