Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of EASE AA RESOURCES LTD and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of EASE AA RESOURCES LTD, as a body, in this report in accordance with AAF 07/16 as detailed at icaew.com/compilation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than EASE AA RESOURCES LTD and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report.

It is your duty to ensure that EASE AA RESOURCES LTD has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of EASE AA RESOURCES LTD. You consider that EASE AA RESOURCES LTD is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.

The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.

The company was dormant throughout the financial year and has not traded or undertaken any accounting transactions during the period ended 30 August 2025, as defined in Section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006. In preparing these financial statements, the company has taken advantage of the dormant company exemptions available under the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 Section 1A (Small Entities). These exemptions include: • No requirement to present a profit and loss account, • Reduced disclosures relating to financial instruments, • Reduced disclosure requirements for related party transactions, and • Simplified presentation and disclosure overall, consistent with the company’s dormant status. The company had no significant accounting transactions during the period, and accordingly no profit or loss and no tax charge have been recognised for the year.
