Company activities and impact The company runs the website www.i3italy.org, the Facebook and Instagram pages named “I3Italy”, a Whatsapp channel and a digital helpdesk service. During the financial year 2024-2025, the company’s activities benefited the community in the following ways: Provided up-to-date and reliable guidance to visitors and followers of its digital resources free of charge, reaching over 900,000 potential beneficiaries through website visits and social media reach. Helped users directly through the digital helpdesk service by answering queries where possible, and by signposting them to appropriate official sources, services, or organisations where direct assistance could not be provided. Advertised events, gatherings, consultations, and initiatives of benefit to the Italian community in England, increasing their reach, visibility, and effectiveness.
