| The company has provided a guarantee to Barclays Bank Plc in respect of a loan to the director. The balance outstanding on the loan at 30 November 2025, representing a contingent liability in these accounts was £100,655 (2024: £100,655). The company has also provided security in the form of a debenture over it's assets in respect of the loan. Following the year end, the company entered into new banking arrangements with a different lender. |
