Company activities and impact

The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to provide benefit to black and brown (melinated) ethnic minority groups from black cultural African or Caribbean backgrounds and overlooked groups wanting to develop inclusive workplaces and achieve equal access to career opportunities, and fair treatment in the workplace including those seeking employment and those in employment across protected characteristics spectrums internationally. The company is committed to building inclusive workplaces, and focusing on equal and equitable treatment and access to opportunity for black/ethnic minority groups.
