    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services.

    Statutory information: The company is a private company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page. Company activities and impact

The company delivered a wide range of educational, recreational, wellbeing, and community-focused activities for girls, young people, and women within the local community during the financial year. The company’s activities benefited the community in the following ways: - provided safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces for girls and young women aged 8–16 to take part in educational, faith-based, recreational, and personal development activities - delivered youth sessions which included Islamic learning, discussions around issues affecting young people, confidence-building activities, debates, quizzes, games, table tennis, archery, self-defence, and Muay Thai sessions - organised community trips and social activities including bowling, ice skating, boating, picnics, beach trips, hikes, Eid parties, and iftaar gatherings, helping to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and encourage positive social interaction - supported the personal, emotional, and educational development of young people through workshops, careers fairs, creative writing sessions, and discussions focused on resilience, communication skills, and future aspirations - encouraged younger girls aged 8–11 to build confidence, social skills, creativity, and positive community engagement through games, creative activities, outings, and skill-building sessions - promoted physical and mental wellbeing among adult women through fitness classes, community events, outings, and social activities designed to strengthen community participation and social connection - delivered practical and creative workshops including sewing, baking, cooking, arts and crafts, graffiti art, tie-dye, painting, and lip balm making, helping participants develop creativity, teamwork, and practical life skills - strengthened community cohesion by bringing together girls, young people, women, and families in a safe and structured environment that encouraged inclusion, wellbeing, and positive engagement within the community Any income generated by the company was reinvested into the continuation, development, and expansion of community activities and services for the benefit of the wider community.
