Principal activities of the company

The main activities of The Elliot Foundation have been raising charitable donations to support the finances of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust through its development phase to the point where it became financially self-sufficient. TEF has provided independent oversight of the activities of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust through it’s role as Sponsor and via a member’s agreement signed on 24 April 2015.

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
