Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company plus grants received, net of Value Added Tax (where VAT registered) and trade discounts.

Company activities and impact

2025 has been a quiet year. We mainly dedicated the year with the dissemination of a Peace Photography Guide and website in French, English and Spanish from writing to leading with the designer and translating in 3 languages and managing the 26 project contributors and the volunteers involved. https://imagingpeace.org/index.php/peace-photography-guide/ through exhibitions, workshops and talks with Kings College University, Belfast Exposed, Build Up, ICIP, podcasts, online and face to face events with universities and international conferences. https://www.instagram.com/imaging peace/ https://www.kcl.ac.uk/news/kings-imaging-peace-photo-project https://www.kcl.ac.uk/events/imaging-peace-connection-through-peace-photography https://www.belfastexposed.org/ingrid-guyon/ We co-produced a community projects with our Spanish branch with the Aragon government for a campaign about diversity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DG8XJTUhLd0 or a community film project to promote community cohesion with Fundacion El Tranvia. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWWPA4IBy8tYl00bk7ngrXiImxL9wLrsN We delivered workshops in V&A museum and Notre Dame Refugee Centre as part of Refugee Week with refugees, ‘The Power of Us’, and filmmaking and photography for Beyond Skin in Northern Ireland for MUSIC VIDEO "Let Love Be The Reason" John Paul Club Youth featuring Smack Jay Zambia Videography Youth workshops in Belfast and throughout the country. Working with Mujer Diaspora creating videos in Barcelona.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are the communities we work with, the NGOs and educational or cultural institutions who approach us who have similar ethics and values, our members and pool of facilitators. We often organise meetings and consultations to design projects that could have an impact or identify gaps to provide training to the team. 2025 has been focusing on peace, migrants, local community impacts and European collaborations.
