The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was dormant and has not traded during this reporting period and it was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Additional Disclosures
The company ceased trading in a prior period and was non-trading throughout the current year. The director has prepared the accounts on a going concern basis as the company has no significant liabilities and intends to retain the company in a dormant state. Other non-operating income: During the year the company recognised the release of a historic bank overdraft liability following confirmation from the bank that the balance would not be pursued.
