A2ndVoice CIC continued to deliver autistic led, culturally responsive support for autistic and ADHD children, young people, adults and parent carers across Wandsworth and surrounding boroughs. The focus remained on reducing isolation, improving understanding of neurodivergence, and strengthening access to community based support. Activities included Weekly family support, signposting and guidance for autistic people and parent carers, including those facing cultural stigma or digital exclusion Autism specific after school and weekend sessions using emotional regulation tools, sensory activities, creative arts and strengthsbased approaches Delivery of Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programmes across Wandsworth, offering sports, dance, sensory play, creative arts, healthy eating and family activities Support for autistic adults, including late diagnosed adults, older adults and those navigating mental health, isolation and life transitions Community events, social groups and online sessions to reduce isolation and build peer networks Outreach to families described as hard to reach, including those with limited digital access Relocation of the organisational base to Devas Club (Battersea) in June 2025, increasing accessibility and capacity First Autism Cultural Fayre, April 2025 at Tooting Leisure Centre. Collaboration with partner organisations including Big Up Communities, iSensory CIC, SEN Bytes, Voices for Autism, SEN Parenting, Flip Out Croydon, You are Never Alone CIC and Elsie Rogers Consultancy Hosting a suicide prevention and emotional wellbeing programme with Tristran STAK, Paul Isaacs and Dr Georgia Pavloupoulou for families and young people needing additional support How has the community benefited Families accessed culturally competent, neuroaffirming support that reduced stigma and improved understanding of autism and ADHD Autistic children, young people and adults benefited from safe, sensory considerate spaces for learning, socialising and emotional regulation Parents and carers received practical guidance, peer support and improved confidence in supporting their children Autistic adults, including late diagnosed and older adults, gained access to peer networks, wellbeing support and community connection Wandsworth families benefited from consistent HAF provision, structured activities and healthy meals during school holidays Community organisations, schools and faith groups increased their understanding of autism through tailored workshops and training The move to Devas Club improved accessibility, stability and capacity for group sessions and family appointments Peer networks strengthened, reducing isolation and improving wellbeing for both families and autistic adults Families experiencing digital exclusion or limited service access were supported through in person outreach and community based delivery
A2ndVoice CIC regularly consulted autistic adults, young people, parent carers and community partners to shape delivery. Feedback was gathered through: Conversations during support sessions Informal check ins with families HAF session feedback Community events and workshops Ongoing communication with schools, faith groups and partner organisations Feedback informed programme design, session pacing, sensory setup, accessibility needs, and the decision to strengthen Wandsworth based delivery and expand into additional boroughs. Due to the GDPR and information sharing, we discard documents once the project is complete. It is crucial in making sure we listen to the voices to making sure we provide our specialist provision and continue to evolve in the transition stages.
