In the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in the financial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefited the community. WLQP provides social, networking and sporting activities for the LGBTQ+ Community living in West London. We work very closely with five of the West London boroughs, as well as the NHS and the metropolitan Police. Our events include community walks, film screenings, tours, comedy shows and mental health and wellness workshops. Our sport offerings include touch rugby, football, and spinning and circuit classes. Our funding comes from the National Lottery, various smaller funding grants, fund-raising events, donations, and ticket sales. We strive to ensure that all funds and grants and income are ploughed back into the community to benefit the people.
WLQP has three stakeholders Aubrey Marck Charles Crawley Joseph Robert Leonard Jeanelle De Beer All year end accounts have been approved and signed off in a meeting on 15/05/2026 Throughout the period all grants, funding, expenses and finances have been approved, agreed and signed off by the stakeholders. Up to date no consultations have been needed.
Only one director received remuneration of £45,315.51 gross through the payroll during the accounting period. As at 31 May 2025, the total amount due to the director under the director’s loan account was £19,437.95.
