Notes to the accounts

  1. Average number of employees

    During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2025: 0).

  2. Capital Commitments Note

    The directors acknowledge that a total of £114,980 has been provided to the Company by the Directors and recorded as Director Loan Accounts. The Company shall repay the Director Loans through monthly repayments when funds allow.

  3. Contingent Liabilities Note

    The Company may, at its discretion, make additional repayments at any time, including lump sum payments, without penalty. Repayments remain subject to the Company meeting its obligations to external creditors. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Director Loan shall be interest free.
