For the financial year ending 31 December 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;

Advances

At 01 January 2025 the balance owed from the director was £58,104. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £83,518 and received repayments of £90,241 leaving a balance due from the directors of £51,381.

At 01 January 2024 the balance owed from the directors was £31,770. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £102,616 and received repayments of £76,282 leaving a balance due from the directors of £58,104.

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.
