The company is being supported in the form of interest free loans that are repayable on demand from the shareholders, Howe London Limited and Studio Woven Limited, to cover the costs incurred. This support will continue for the foreseeable future and therefore the directors believe the Company to be a going concern.

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
