Accountant's report on the unaudited financial statements to the directors of
Ashford Court [Edgware] Property Management Company Limited
As described on the balance sheet, you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 set out on pages 3-5 and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit. In accordance with your instructions I have compiled these unaudited financial statements in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities from the accounting records and information supplied to me.
In my opinion these accounts, which have been drawn up on an accruals basis from the records maintained by the Company, are a fair summary of service charge and other expenditure incurred for the year ended 31 December 2025, and are sufficiently supported by invoices, receipts and other documents produced to me.
