The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 30 September 2025

Principal activities of the company

Principal Activity The principal activity of the Company during the year was to design, creation, production, marketing, and sale of children’s activity books and educational materials. The Company was going to operate through online sales channels and collaborative partnerships with retailers and stores for the distribution and promotion of its products. Business Review During the financial year, the Director began drafting and preparing a children’s activity book intended for future production and sale. The project remained in the development stage throughout the accounting period and was not completed during this time. As part of early market research and to assess potential customer demand, a limited pre-sale offering was made available. This resulted in three initial sales, all of which were made to family members and close friends. Following further consideration of the project’s commercial viability and the level of development required to bring the product to market, the Director decided not to proceed with completion of the activity book. Consequently, the initial customers were refunded in the following financial year. No completed products were produced or commercially sold by the Company during the financial year.
