3. Basis of Preparation - Going Concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

At the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities of £[425,800] (2024: £[281,471]) and was dependent on the ongoing financial support of its director to meet its obligations as they fall due. The
director has confirmed their intention to provide financial support for at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.

Taking into account the director’s continued support and the company’s expected cash flows, the directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Accordingly, the
financial statements do not include any adjustments that would be required if the company were unable to continue as a going concern.

For the financial year ending 31 August 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;
• These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the small companies regime and a copy of the Profit and Loss Account has not been delivered.
